ONLINE ORDER SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. All items are custom, handmade with complete care and made-to-order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production time. Some pieces are faster than others so if you have a question about a particular piece, please feel free to email us!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We work very hard on each and every order to ensure that it is perfect.
ONLINE ORDERS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us with an explanation as to why you would like return or exchange your item. Just contact us within: 3 days of delivery.
All returnable items must be shipped back within 7 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
IN STORE ORDERS: We offer returns to original payment method within 10 days, must have receipt. We offer store credit on a gift card within 15 days, must have receipt.
To request a return, you can contact us at toastedcustomerservice@gmail.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Repair Policy
We offer free small repairs on all items purchased in store and online.
Replacement Pendant: $10
Replacement Necklace Chain: $15-$30 depending on chain.
Replacement Bracelet Chain: $15
Replacement Clasp: $6
For all repairs, we are always happy to help! Email us photos of your situation and we will give you a quote on repair fees if we are able to fix it (p.s. we keep it super fair and affordable).
If a piece breaks within 30 days due to a craftsmanship issue, we will repair the piece free of charge. Must have receipt.
JEWELRY CARE
We use high quality 14k Gold Filled, 14k Rose Gold Filled, and Sterling Silver materials for all items. All pearls and stones that have gold painted edges around them are gold electroplated. We dip those in high quality crystal clear epoxy (two full rounds) for added protection from the elements to make them water proof. We recommend cleaning your jewelry every so often with some jewelry polish pads. We sell our favorite ones online and in store- they work magic on all jewelry pieces. These are available for purchase in the "Rings" section.
