ONLINE ORDER SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. All items are custom, handmade with complete care and made-to-order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production time. Some pieces are faster than others so if you have a question about a particular piece, please feel free to email us!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We work very hard on each and every order to ensure that it is perfect.

ONLINE ORDERS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us with an explanation as to why you would like return or exchange your item. Just contact us within: 5 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges are up to our discretion as we evaluate each unique situation on a case by case basis. A restocking fee may apply.

All returnable items must be shipped back within 7 business days.

For rings, bangles or any piece requiring a size selection, please make sure you are ordering your correct size as we will not accept returns or exchanges for these items or wrong size orders. We hope you understand this as these pieces are hand made to order.

IN STORE ORDERS: We offer returns to original payment method within 10 days, must have receipt. We offer store credit on a gift card within 15 days, must have receipt.


To start a return, you can contact us at toastedjewelryco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Repair Policy

We offer free small repairs on all items purchased in store and online. Applies only if no new material is needed for repair.

Replacement Pendant: $10

Replacement Necklace Chain: $15-$30 depending on chain.

Replacement Bracelet Chain: $15

Replacement Clasp: $6

 

 

JEWELRY CARE

We use high quality 14k Gold Filled, 14k Rose Gold Filled, Gold Plated, and Sterling Silver materials for all items (see each individual piece description for exact details, every piece is different). We have spent a lot of time sourcing the best materials so we don’t anticipate you having to clean your jewelry often. However, if cleaning is desired, we recommend cleaning your jewelry with some jewelry polish pads. These are available for purchase in the "Rings" section.
